ugh
after using the myfitnesspal app for the pas three days, i’ve come to the realization that my biggest problem is my addiction to peanut butter. it’s 2:00 pm and I’m already 22 points above my fat limit for the day. AND IT’S ALL BECAUSE OF THE 4 HEAPING SPOONFULS OF PEANUT BUTTER I HAD AFTER SCHOOL.
I haven’t even eaten dinner yeeeeet. :(
