- My name is Faithe, I’m 16 years old!
- I’m 5’10” tall, 155 lbs
- My SW was 165 lbs, I started my weight loss journey the last week of January 2012
- I love running, dancing (ballet)
- My favorite healthy foods are blueberries, tomatoes, green beans, low-fat yogurt, and spinach.
- My favorite treat is dark chocolate.
- I’m dating a boy who is a MILLION times fitter/more athletic than I am, but I have better eating/health habits. I want to get to the point where I can beat him in a push-up contest.
- My goal weight is… in the 130s? I really don’t care, I’d prefer to look better in the mirror than on the scale.
- Weaknesses: super thin/bony arms, love handles, inner thighs, flat ass.
- Strengths: toned calves, flexibility, posture, flat stomach.
- I run 40 minutes nightly, stretch at any free moment, and tone every other day.
- I try to eat as clean as possible! I drink only water, green tea, and milk (skim).
- My celebrity fitspo/thinspo is Blake Lively ‘cause we’re the same height and the same frame (flat-chested, no waist, long legs.)
